Sponsored by the Erie County Agricultural Society, the Erie County Fair began in 1819 as a one-day event in the city of Buffalo. It was moved to the current Hamburg location in 1868 where it has grown into the second largest county fair in North America. The 11-day event takes place on 265-acres packed full of entertainment for the whole family, featuring agriculture, food, rides, shows and much more!
